Full-site backups run daily and are stored off-site in a separate data centre. 30-day retention as standard — 90-day available on request. Restores are tested quarterly so you know they actually work when you need them.
SSL Certificate Management
SSL certificates are provisioned, configured and renewed automatically — you will never see an expired certificate warning. HTTPS enforcement and HSTS headers are configured from day one.
Uptime Monitoring
Your site is checked every 60 seconds from multiple locations. If it goes down, we're alerted immediately and begin investigating — often before you even notice. Monthly uptime reports are provided as standard.
Security Hardening
Web application firewall, automated malware scanning, login rate limiting and file integrity monitoring. For WordPress sites, we disable file editing, restrict admin access by IP and enforce strong password policies.
